FC SERIES PIGMENT FLUSH

FC SERIES PIGMENT FLUSH is an extra-high concentration color pigment recently developed by our company. It is non-polluting and has excellent dispersing and coloring properties and can be manufactured in master batch form.

During the pigment coupling process, the particle size of pigment in the crystalline state is as small as 0.1-0.01 microns. FC Series Pigment Flush is manufactured by special processing through direct conversion from the wet press cake when pigment still remains in extremely fine crystalline particle state. It makes up for the defects provoked by typical finishing processes such as heating, drying and high-speed grinding, and thus, still maintains the very fine particle size, high gloss, excellent dispersing and coloring property.

This product does not contain any resin and is very compatible with any type of plastic resin systems such as PE ,PP ,PVC ,PS and ABS. It is especially suitable for coloring in thin film and textile fibers which require exceptionally fine particle size and good dispersion. It is also marvelous for color manufacturers to quickly make master batch by easy mixture of FLUSH with resins and followed with pelletization.

With regard to processing techniques, our, suggestions are as follows. Since this product is in fine granular form, it does not mix well directly with pellets because of its uneven coloring as result. For application along with resin pellets, melting mixture of FLUSH and resin should be carried out prior to other procedures. For use with resins in power and fine granular forms (such as PVC), dry mixing of the FLUSH and resin in mixer is quite adequate.
